i can get the tumeric root at 8 dollars a pound but i would like to try these other ones to become more superior in my ways

this is the future of supplementing folks

its peculiar how all these little different herbs have all these little different functions

ive got a pound of tumeric root and a pound of ginger root at the house. that ginger is very hot potent stuff
