I have found that getting a little diarrhea on the equipment is a great way of freeing it up. Use it to your advantage. You're welcome!

if you wouldve eating peanuts with it you wouldnt be wasting the bananas, it wouldve stuck to your stomach and you wouldve benefited from all the nutrients

never eat just one thing when stocking up on calories to go lift

Taking Immodium durin the acute phase of a bacteria or virus related pathology CAN prolong the disease. GP's nowadays are recommending against Immodium if caused by a bug.
