yeah, except you're conveniently forgetting they also gave Democratic groups even more scrutiny and actual denied 501c4 status to Dem groups. You're also conveniently forgetting that the 501c4 legally requires these groups to be organizes EXCLUSIVELY for the promotion of social welfare yet IRS guidelines change that to "primarily" hence they are now required to scrutinize these groups and make evaluations based on these conflicting requirements
