the op is taking the piss, is piss poor troll, but glycemic index goes out of the window when other macros are added to the carbs.

rice alone isnt the same like rice with mayonaise on it.

This makes sense. 

But what about when you compare a high GI carb with x grams of mayo to a lower GI carb with x grams of mayo?
