Title: I have come to realise, that on low carbs, with more fat and protein
Post by: Rami on September 17, 2013, 05:54:15 AM
the mind muscle connection increases albeit reps are lower

while on high carb mind muscle connection is lesser but one can do more reps

now, how do we combine this?

its because on low carbs the only thing you can think about is your muscle, on higher carbs your mind is more active and has better things to think about than lifting weights.   ;)

is it true that 100 carb grams per day are required for normal brain functioning?

my nutrition prof told me so

It's irrelevant for people without brains, hence your professor's answer

yes I think you're right, in how on low carbs you are more in tuned with the body and it's feedback loops, while on high carbs it become more of "foreign body" in a sense.

it's probably hardwired into us

residual carbs from a high carb day going into a low carb day get used by the muscles no doubt about it..

but the low carb day you dont have to worry about the glycemic index weighing you down because the carbs are already in you

dreams/dark energy/information from the future are more readily available when i sleep on a low carb day. perhaps insulin=carbs=my grains=migranes cause the brain to inflame too much thus smears the dream

dreams=smaerd= smeared =confusion or less clarity

this is truly a courageous and flexible approach

too much of what we do is on a daily basis, we need to think bigger

yes this way we can understand both sides

carbs do give muscle energy (rice, pancakes)

but foods like carrots and beats heal the body and neural/mind

i used to think brocolli was enough since it covers vitamin a and c ect.

but then i relized im only fooling myself if i think just one food choice  is all i need because i already know better but sometimes get trapped in  lower thinking and forget the unique properties each food has

No. Your brain needs glucose. Your prof is an idiot.

and why do you want dark energy to be readily available?

seems to me during the autumn, the earth makes it abundantly clear that we should eat foods of orange, red and yellow in color

yeah, but carbs get broken down into glucose right?

Maybe you are gay anyway and correcting me just made you realise it. Oh and my iPhone spell check changed it just FYI. ;)

dark energy is information from the future as i have stated

dreams are a form of dark energy

you could also say that a dream is  dark energy and that is information from the past and future

yeah, but the thing is, carbs are or can be an immediate source of energy, while protien is not and cannot be

I see, Do you meditate before sleep for more lucid dreams?

but utilizing protein in this regard is like a drug, it makes one feel good but this is just a survival mechanism, and harder for you in the long run.

no

if i was more dedicated to revealing my dreams id set my alarm for every hour in the night and right down what i could each time i would wake

but thats not practicle or enjoyable

dreams are always information packed but not usually useful. but its that small percentage rarity of usefull dream that make it all special

You are talking about two different things here. Sure carbs are an immediate source of energy, but you are talk about the brain it needs a small amount of glucose. Your professor should clarify his statement. Go to him and tell him what I told you. Be respectful, but ask him does the brain need carbs or glucose? I'm curious to know if he understands this.

Really why?
Title: Re: I have come to realise, that on low carbs, with more fat and protein
Post by: Rami on September 17, 2013, 09:11:53 AM
Really why?

the process of gluconeogenesis is catabolic and takes more energy from the body and probably creates more useless byproducts,

but is good for using fat cells.

When you go zero carbs you will experience a transition from glucogenesys to lypogenesys. The effects of this diet are multiple. It detoxifies you, and it changes the chemical composition of the body at the cellular level. One of the effects is also the increased resistance of your nerves. Your nerves circulate energy through you. They are calibrated to a certain octave based on your consciousness level. At the same time, detoxing the body purifies it. The pineal becomes more active. When the pineal is activated, the thought forms create an electromagnetic field in physical reality (that's why you can measure an encephalogram). This electromegnetic field stimulates the pituitary which in efect balances the whole endocrine system. The endocrine system together with the main nerve centers distribute your energy in your body at the appropriate frequency for each centre or chakra. So you focus better, feel more calm and get more in touch with who you are. It also opens you up a little so shit starts coming up to the surface. You will see people angry sometimes because of this. In time, these symptoms dilute and it is smooth sailing. I do not use it for extended periods of time but I have heard of people who stayed on it longer. Most bodybuilding people take so called cheat meals or days. Ideally I do 5 weeks of this with no cheat days, 1 day fasting every week and finish it with a 3 day fast followed by a colon cleansing. My clients come out new people after this experience.
