Title: bodybuilding related - not breathing in my sleep
Post by: JediTerminator on September 17, 2013, 06:10:22 PM
so I gasp for air while I sleep like a fish out of water. didn't start happening until I started juicing. and now with good results I guess I just need a CPAP mask. is this common with bodybuilding?

I fell off my diet hard because I moved away but now in a new area with nothing but focus. I put on some size. feels good

It's common with fat people.  How many shows have you won?

was 300+ for a few years. didn't notice it until I started getting long term relationships after losing weight + juicing

Okay.  Sounds like you're fat.  Stop being fat and you should start breathing.

If you win few shows and still have the problem we'll look into the "bodybuilder aspect."  I wouldn't worry about that angle yet though

Ok, it's confirmed.  You're fat.  Losing weight will be much better and cheaper than a CPAP.   :D :D

she took a video of me gasping for breath and convulsing. I go in 2 weeks to the doctor. She told me she noticed it the first time I slept over with her.

Lol the dirty ass crack below the belly button.  ;D

To OP you are probably just fat, keep losing weight and go see your doctor in 2 weeks. Steroids probably aren't helping but not sure.

What gear are you on and how is your blood pressure?

I would see a Dr sooner and get off all supplements.

Could be sleep apnea.  Do you have a deviated septum?  Sinus problems?

I would get checked by a doctor asap.  There are solutions for this.  If left untreated it could get serious.

Not trying to be a dick... But...

If that's how you look while using, you seriously need to become a jogger or do yoga, or anything BUT bodybuilding. It's not for you man. OR you are getting the worst diet and exercise from some one... Get away from whoever is advising you. Today.

Your health for those results are simply not worth it. Good luck.

don't work your neck so hard , this is common when your neck goes over 18 inches inches  around.
