Ken Norton died at 70 years of age. One of the better overlooked heavyweights. Beat Ali (broke his jaw) and had two more fights with him, loosing  both by a close margin. Later a classic battle with Larry Holmes (one of the best left jabs in boxing heavyweight history..my view), which Norton lost.  It was the Ali era, so naturally Ali got all the pub.

Shook hands with Norton when I was a little kid at the Honolulu airport. Couldn't believe how broad he was, at that time.
