all carrots and eating tomato, grapefruit, peanuts and such things

always eat the peels of grapefruit for ninagren the fat burning suppliment

thats why grapefruit was forbidden because it makes you leaner

and blacks fear getting too lean because it activates negative immune responses. these humans are already naturally leaner but dont need to get too lean those blacks

The red apples or the green ones Johnny? Pectin is good for the human cells and contained in the cells of plants and used for many purposes.

Failed....had steak, baked potato and salad of cucumber and tomato for dinner. For desert had a slice of apple pecan pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. But damn, Falcon, it all tasted so good and was so satisfying.

How come I am leaner than you?
