I don't know how real it is, but shit, it saves me so much time these days. I bought into it when Haney and Dorian mentioned how brief their workouts were, and I've trained that way ever since. Don't care if it's a myth, it's working fine. Never enjoyed the 2 hour marathon workouts anyway.

The more intense sets you do the more chance you'll get hurt

I like high volume with baby weights, but these tards advocate heavy lifting for hours ... with really shitty form

No thanks bro.

White Egyptians use to overtrain Black Hebrews on the pyramids project  :D
then Mosses (chief fitness instructor) took them on aerobic walk around
Sinai desert for 40 years until all turn white (like Michael Jackson).

well its not a myth, but many ppl think theyre overtraining when theyre absolutely not.

but somewhere after 30days every day training on very little food, one will be somewhat overtrained haha

it also depends how hard you train

if you lifted weights for three hours a day you would burn out much quicker

It sure is way harder to overtrain when you inject an elephant's test levels twice a week.

I would say it is only possible to overtrain in the context of that at some point you cannot keep up with your schedule if strength and very heavy weights is your game.  Even then, it's only really that you cannot lift maximally every workout.  Who knows if it isn't still beneficial - because most people will slow down if they can't hit their targets every workout.

If you train more bodybuilding style, it's more endurance and the human body can go fine on that.

There are people who run for what seems forever, we turn up for an hour a day and talk about overtraining ::)

It's only when you take your fat, hyperventilating ass and go on 1500 cal a day, training 6-7 days a week that you realise that all that heavy breathing and gassing on three rep sets was pathetic :)
