The Mr. Olympia is over and this contest is in two weeks where there will be another Phil and Kai showdown. How will this one go down? Will Wolf beat Rhoden again? Will Rami make top 5?

As I told Matt C. The only time a Mr. O has lost a post Olympia show is Ronnie during the GNC Pro in 02. Otherwise it's never happened so don't expect anything different. It's the way the judging is.

I was going to go. But i cant  since i am doing too severe diet to stay there . :'(

I hope the light is better than at the O. Probably will be since it's Europe.

Man.. with the risk of sounding like a schmoe, I hope Ramy comes in shredded. I want to see him on the money.

they will give it to heat no matter what he has round muscle bellies.. which basically translates to... he has big arms..especially on that torso  of his
