Ever see a MLB ,NFL, NHL player fuck a Grapefruit for money? Yeah didnt think so! Nope just feel like talking today. I'm always here but usually just creeping :) And I tightened the diet back up going back to getting my lean on so i might be a lil grumpy.

1. How long out do you start training for a meet?
2. What's a good program for an intermediate/semi-advanced Pler who what's to increase his numbers?
3. Foot placement on BP? Wider the better?
4. Hypothetically, best gas for Pling?

1. 16 weeks
2. A hybrid Westside eliminate the Speed bench day replace with a bodybuilding day
3. Wider is always better for me, but it boils down to personal preference and where you get the most leg drive. I go wide but my son tucks under
4. Hypothetically ~ Base is Test Cyp, Eth or Enan 500 to 1000 per week(or more), Tren the last 6 weeks at 100mg per day, and hypothetically you could toss in some Dbol or Anadrol the last 4-5 weeks. You dont need anything else Hypothetically my opinion!!!

Lots of poor "athletes" in weightlifting, boxing, etc....who don't resort to putting their feet in brown paper bags. Lots of real athletes who keep their dignity while still struggling. The Bbing industry was manufactured this way. It's gay for gays by gays.

What really sucks is trying to figure out a lagging body part out with out some one calling you gay. If I ever ask a friend how my back is looking or arms. I immediately get the your gay response. It makes me mad. People are immature.
