1st Ones.  They are like Qs in Star Trek but aren't obnoxious, guardians of all races in the Universe.  Someone was trying to use a Planet Killer unjustly and they stepped in.  8)

^This. Part of that story was the crew of Babylon 5 had to find the First Ones to get their help.

The guy that made the chart has more work to do. He put the Asgard and badguy ships (Ori and Goa'uld) from Stargate but none of the Air Force ships like Pegasus. He's got some ships from Firefly/Serenity but not Serenity. I spent a while trying to see the fighters from Star Wars as well. He put Battlestars from both series on the chart but there is only one ship from V and it does not say which series.

They all look neat but the only one that makes any sense is the Borg Cube, space being a vacuum and all no need for aerodynamics or streamlining.
