Title: lower body fat

aight so i wanna lean out, can any one give me some tips. i wanna lose a couple of pounds(lower body fat.)

Diet and cardio - 30 mins.

Start by reducing your daily calories to 10-12 cals per pound. Do 30 minutes or so of cardio aprox. 5 days a week.

Take a look at the nutrition board and apply cardio to that.

be carefull if you're not on steroids you might lose a lot of muscle doing all that cardio with less calories. it happened to me and real bad.

yes it's true. also a lot of these fitness trainer and misinformed people think that everyone should eat carbs carbs carbs because they give you energy but that's stupid. does a car need to be 100 percet full of gas to run? anyway why do people need so many carbs if you are eating throughout the day anyway? i eat equal protein to carbs but most days more protein than carbs.
