why is he lifting heavy 10 days out? he should be doing cardio and cables/machines like phil to get tight. size isn't his problem at his height. i think he'd be ok if he was a bit flat. again, he's compact and smashed together like kai.

He tore his right tricep about 7 weeks ago and had surgery. He doesn't have great arms. Still better than Dan Hill.
