LAS VEGAS - Bail was set at $13,000 Tuesday for a man accused of being an accessory to the slaying and burning of a personal aide to two professional bodybuilders.
Anthony Gross, 23, appeared by videoconference and was not asked to enter a plea in his initial appearance on charges of accessory to murder and third-degree arson in the death of Melissa James, 28, a former live-in personal aide to Craig Titus and his wife, Kelly Ryan.
Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Joe M. Bonaventure told Gross and his lawyer, Michael Sanft, that if Gross posts bail he must remain under house arrest pending a preliminary hearing April 6.

see, even if he posts bail
he's under house arrest.

It's nice to have you posting on here and you should talk to Ron (the site administrator) about getting some stars next to your name as a Getbig Expert or something.

If his bail is only 13k, & you have to come up with 10% (1300. for you rocket scientist out there ) to get out (house arrest or not) the D.A. must consider him to be a very minor player in the investigation.
-
1.3K's a fortune for a minor player who thought $300 for a suspicious car torching was excellent, dude! :D
-
wow lets bash the poor for their lack of access to capital
