In my opinion Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is the greatest basketball player of all time. Jordan is the best perimeter player but Jabbar had much more impact on both sides of the floor than MJ. He dominated at every level from the time he was a teenager.

big k has the sky hook and all of those damn points
This is what he did before he even got to the NBA
Kareem's High School team won 71 straight games and 3 straight New York City Catholic Championships. His 1963-64 team was named "The #1 High School Team of The Century," by National Sports Writers.
At UCLA his teams went 88-2 winning 3 straight NCAA title. It likely would have been 4 straight but at that time freshmen were not allowed to play varsity basketball. Jabbar was AP, Sporting news and everyone else's player of the year in 1967 and 1969. He was also the NCAA tournament's Most Outstanding Player Award winner three years in a row from 1967 to 1969.
That is domination.
