I wonder if, 100 years from now, people will look back and say, "WTF were they thinking, putting actual men in vehicles and going 200 mph in clusters around the track like that?"

They'll also still be questioning the placings at the 2013 Olympia as well.

Am I that famous around here?  My name is constantly being brought up in thread headlines, and random posts. Not bad for the supposed "worst poster on Getbig".  ::)

which is why i'd never race Indy.

went to Bob Bondurant's School of Racing when i started racing SCCA back in '97 and raced the little indy-lite/formula-ford/Mazda's... what a fucking deathtrap.... and was lucky enough to drive a de-tuned Williams-Renault in '99 and the difference was absolutely night and day, even though i was a lil big for the seat (it was a training car and didn't have a moulded seat), i felt like if i hit wall at 190, i'd probably walk away.... nothing like the deathtrap American "indy" cars.

i'd rather try to sail around the world without a map than race an indy car.
