"Donny" reminds me of that old geezer who used to visit my previous gym. He would come in wearing jeans and loafers, immediately get under the lat pulldown and do set after set with thirty second breaks in between. After about fifteen minutes his head would turn ribena-purple. One of the trainers I used to chat up said they were slightly afraid he would suffer a stroke or something.

He should approach the ten most muscular men at his gym (Bally's) and work out a schedule to where he is blowing 3-4 of them on a daily, rotating basis. Taking only Sundays off. This should help.

Donny is easily upset. Sent many a very threatening PM to me about my using "Good Luck" after posting on the training board. Always wants to punch or slap (slap..girly?) somebody. Most of GB people are thousands of mile away, so pretty safe for donny. Is he American? Keeps calling a lorry a tuck and other things that are more what we say over here (U.S.) than in the UK.
Perhaps a lobotomy would help him, though he might have had one already...who knows. His picture does speak a thousand words. Waiting for his ab shots.
