Meh. I give fat people props for having the balls to enter a gym. I'm not gonna lie, I was insecure as shit a couple months back when I first started working out again. I saw all the guys and girls in decent shape while I was 30% bf benching 135.

I was pointing at the fact insecure people go in the gym, get toyed around by giant lying douchebags, then become douchebags themselves after a while for those who dont quit, instead of being transformed into fit healthy individuals. My fault if you guys didnt get it, but not too surprised either.
