I belived in the USA this was not possible, I mean, even here in Ita you can't say such things to a police officer without being charged.

I don't think he's arguing with the cop. He's arguIng with the tv reporter who stuck the camera in his car.  I'm kinda on the black guys side here. If  you get a ticket, you get a ticket but piss off with that camera >:(
