We know Greg Kovacs and Dave Palumbo had severe Palumboism, but was there any other bodybuilders before those guys who had Palumboism? Chris Dickerson at the 1982 Mr. Olympia maybe?

Maybe Lou Ferrigno in the Master's Olympia....it became common when growth hormone was more readilly available and affordable.
