If you watch lees training videos, he always trained smart (I assume he trained like this off the camera as well). Full ROM, controlled movement. basically he didnt lift with his ego.
Then look at branch who trains like a moron and has a disgusting, broken down physique.

A lot of the competitors in korea and Japan have very good condition and shape/structure, better than lots of Npc garbage we have here IMO
Besides its proven the only genetics that matter for bbing is your response and toleration level, u have that and u are competitive enough to turn pro. That being said drugs and food is all that matters
Anyone that disagrees we have 2 time Arnold classic winner branch warren ;D

Agreed.
But still, training the way he does definitely has something to do with how he looks now. Lee is no spring chicken and has been competing since 15. I bet he will still look great at 50 because he has always trained smart.
