He is not redbull founder.  He is a thief.  Redbull existed in Thailand for a while, came in small medicine bottles.  He brought the drink over to the USA after a visit there and just added carbonation to attract the westerners to it.

i remember those bottles. A iraqian store here  had them and we always bought  up his supply lol

Think I read awhile back he got the idea and marketing from a taxi cab driver in Thailand as well. Apparently a lot of cab drivers loved to drink the medicine drink and said it something about wings and energy.
