Saudi Arabia's intelligence chief is vowing that the kingdom will make a 'major shift' in relations with the United States to protest perceived American inaction over Syria's civil war as well as recent U.S. overtures to Iran, a source close to Saudi policy said on Tuesday.

This makes it a gutsy move to not bomb Syria. Lot of money between the Saudi's and the US.
American lives saved instead of money for once. Good.

To Ob and Kerry's credit they did use the non-violent solution.
If you had the GOP in power more americans would have died to please the Saudi's.
Bush was a lapdog after all. A lapdog that sacrificed 1000's of american lives for his Saudi friends.

LOL @ "severs diplomatic ties" hahaha... not gonna happen by them... But it was funny... whoever writes these headlines should kicked overboard.

If you had the MAINTSTREAM GOP...neocons like bush, mccain, graham, etc..in power, then yes they would have attacked no question at all.
But if you had the actual conservatives/tea party types they would NOT have attacked. They are the only ones truly for non-intervention and against foreign adventurism.
Make sure you can differentiate between the two groups
