My guess is breast cancer (and yes, men can have breast cancer), had a mastectomy.

Yes that is Benny. I have been with him several occassions. I met him through the short guy who is my uncle Joe. And yes he has alot of MONEY. We used to go to Vegas almost every weekend (he went every weekend). He would bring over a bunch of friends and he would get a whole floor sometimes 2 comped by the casino for all of us. Everything was free and paid for by the casino whenever we came in. he had his own British Hawker jet and it fit 9 or 11 people if I remember. I loved going to Vegas in that plane. I just liked the idea of not having to mess with a crowd. But, Joe liked to hob knob with stars. It was fun back then. That restuarant is called Michaels and it was the absolute best place in vegas and the most expensive too, but we got to go in just about anyway we wanted. He had his own table no matter what time he called.
