That is the new, idiotic talking point by the left and the cancer that is the democratic party.
I would like for any of the libtards on this board that continue to support the disaster in chief and his lackeys to justify that accusation.
First, you must be a citizen of the USA. If you are a foreigner, especially from Canada, you don't know crap, so shove it.
Second, explain how the GOP sabotaged crapcare.
Third, explain how the supposed sabotage caused the website not to work, caused people to lose their individual plans, caused people to change their insurance plans and doctors, and caused many of them not to know how much they are going to pay for crapcare since the website doesn't provide that very important information.

Anyway:
First, if what you're after is really an explanation, then why does the citizenship of the commenter matter?
Secondly, if crapcare = ACA, then I guess you haven't been paying attention to the news: It made lots of headlines recently that the GOP was willing to shut down something like 17% of Government services in an effort to delay the implementation of "crapcare". By pushing for the 1-year delay of the consumer mandate, GOP'ers were trying to discourage participation of healthy citizens which would raise rates for those that did participate which would then discourage participation even more. That's tantamount to sabotage, don't you agree?
Thirdly, I don't know that GOP sabotage (that we know of) WAS responsible for the things you've listed -- but since the GOP was willing to shut down the government and risk lowering the U.S.A's credit rating in an effort to stop ACA, I doubt that they'd hesitate to implement, say, computer-based attacks on the website, for instance. (I'll admit this argument does have an obvious weak point, though; Finding a competent computer-hacker who is also a Tea Bagger might be as challenging as findind a 6-legged unicorn.)
