i can do a good vacuum tho never trained it. just always since i was a kid have been able to do it.

i tried doing it. it feels"cool", but it hurts my ower back a little. i guess i shouldn't do them ater i eat, huh?!  ???

i do these on no ab days in the shower after my workout, and they work great
