great cardio and great on my weak lagging muscles calves and hamstrings
latley ive put a few boards up at the front of my treadmill, i plan on making it as steep as 45 degrees or the most i can modify it. doesnt seem to hurt the machine either
what is the most you have modified your treadmills incline to be?
the more the merrier, i like the constant exercise my hams and calves get.
a stepper is too much quads and glutes and no calves

you should set it perpendicular to the floor and in rub your nipples against it when its on at high speed

My gym has a couple of beast treadmills that go up to 30degrees... that's fuckin tough though.
I usually do 20-25 at 2.0mph, gets me nice n sweaty
