Two arrested on drug charges after traffic stop
Police say a vehicle search revealed several substances.

Two Lake City men were arrested on multiple drug charges after police making a traffic stop discovered what appeared to be a small, rolling hormone dispensary.
Officer John Pandak of the Gainesville Police Department said he pulled over a vehicle being driven by Dustin Kendall Perkins, 22, of Lake City, for a traffic infraction. During the traffic stop, Pandak said Perkins agreed to let the vehicle be searched.
Police said that among the items found were a condom box containing two bottles of testosterone; bottles of trenbolone, a steroid the Food and Drug Administration has approved for veterinary uses only; bottles of Dec Durabolin, a steroid the FDA approves as a prescription drug for building muscle mass; bottles of peptide, a hormone federal officials said appears to assist in the production of testosterone; oxycodone tablets; syringes; and a vaporizer containing marijuana residue. Police said it appeared the vaporizer had been used to smoke marijuana.
Perkins had $505 in his pockets, Pandak said, and his passenger, Richard Lynard Dicks, 33, also of Lake City, had $310 in cash in his pockets, and there was another $2,123 in cash in the glove compartment.
Perkins and Dicks were charged with two counts each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, two counts of drug possession, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
