Title: late night snacks

these are killing me during my cutting/diet phase. within the last 4 months i seperated my shoulder up at college (lax) and during the time off i drank more than a few beers and put on a good 15lbs of non muscle. i have been back for a month and have been making good progress but still have a ways to go. i keep the same workout that i had prior to my injury with the same and intensity, my diet isn't great (not eating enough) and after a hard workout and work by the time 10:30 rolls around im starving, any advice

Natural peanut butter

Cottage cheese and protein power with some flax seed oil

Can of tuna.
