So last year, it was absolutely crazy... and this year, they promised to cap it, and they really did. 400 competitors have entered and now registration is closed. It is going to be a great contest. See many of you there, as I will be shooting away for Bodybuilding.com and NPC News Online.

We can no longer accept entries for the Excalibur on December 14th no matter the reason. We shut it down because we reached 400 registered 4 weeks and 2 days before the contest. With the athletes and attendees we will be over capacity and in VIOLATION OF FIRE SAFETY CODES if we allow anyone else to enter. PROMOTERS WHO OVERSELL halls go to jail in California.
ON-LINE TICKETS are still available at MuscleContest.com. I LOVE YOU ALL But I'm not going to jail or face a heavy fine in order to satisfy your ego or that of your trainer. We're also not willing to ruin our relationship with the City of Culver City FOR THE PAST 6 MOS. We have been advertising that there would be a 300 athlete limit on competitors. We're at 400... PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL Me or my staff in hopes of us 'slipping you in' We simply can't do it. There will be no waiting list.
PLEASE RESPECT MY JUDGEMENT ON THIS MATTER. Your safety and the safety of attendees is our #1 priority. WE HAVE 21 CONTESTS PER YEAR. Our first events are Feb 1,8,15 in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Diego. Please join us!...
The December 12-13, 2014 NPC Excalibur will be a 2 day event with a 650 athlete cap.
