You hear them constantly citing the grandfather clause as something that was broken by the insurance companies. As if the insurance companies violated the grandfather clause. That grandfather clause DID NOTHING. IT WAS MEANT TO DO NOTHING because it's scope is so narrow that it was powerless to prevent the cancellations. More hollow, empty language by libards.
