Title: Korean Red Panax Ginseng

Anyone here ever experiment? I used to get the roots, from my friends Korean wife. (Major wood / libido boost).

Now that I'm old at 47, I want to try it again... Hitting up the local Korean store this weekend.

I will report back after a month of using (with Pics).. LOL, just kidding...

I have a few Korean and Chinese friends, MOST use Ginseng NOT for Viagara/Libido type issues, but to BOOST IMMUNITY during the "change of seasons", especially Winter to spring, or fall to winter when your immunity can take a serious dive. 
Most use in a Chicken/Ginseng soup... or take capsules.


****   In Cantonese it is translated as 'Yun Sum Gai Tong'. In Chinese culture, similar to Korean culture, it is believed that this soup can prevent illness. ****
