i am the very first who always says high volume ,concentrating on movement isa best etc.
but! when young, i was in and out the gym within 30 minutes at times, 3 times a week, (yes heavy doses, maybe more than him, not 13gramms, but since mine was real, most likely more than him,ie his gear will be 5times underdosed id guess)and i grew to quite some size, with oxlike strenght.
everything was great, back was thick and wide and dry.
it really worked.
but now in the 30s, can simply forget about that, things change.
gear or no, the body is a wonder machine when young.
no aches here and there, no fucking stiff spine for 30minutes upon waking up, at age 20 i felt liek i could sommersault out of the bed when waking up.
im no physiologist or anything, but things are different when very young.

I know a few competitors who go off completely to give their body a break, but they've all been at it way longer than I have. I still have a lot of size to gain..so I never stop. My advice is to bulk in the offseason and try to get as much clean new weight as possible. I blast and cruise, keep my BF% moderately low, like under 14-15 so I never have to spare muscle when it comes time to diet.

yah im convinced this is the better way, the low volume stuff if for when young and fresh and loaded on gear, to build up the fundament to play with that later on.
or one can do one kind of training 1 week, the other kind the next week.
your split is decnt ,the cardio is ok, i would maybe even do every day if the willpower is there, having a rest day after back and legs is pretty smart move.

Nah bro, I recommend most guys stay natty for life unless the curiosity is just driving them crazy or they plan to compete at a higher level.
My most productive years as a natty were my last to when I used PHAT. Training once a week is a waste of potential gains IMO!

That's the thinking at least....I tend to agree with it, and i would tell someone who wants to start juicing to get as lean as they can first, muscle loss be damned.

the only books on bbuilding i ever read are :
-the black steroid handbook which is re released every couple years,and updated a little bit, the last one is in dire need of update imo, but i realize its written by a dealer,who even talks down on some ugls for no reason(ie he lies, so this makes the whole book seem fishy)
-some keto diet book in german released 15+ years ago, it was by a german who barely broke into single digits bodyfat ,but this was revolutionary for me back then.

Where did this come from? Has this been your personal experience, or just stuff youve read? I have next to no side effects, and im definitely not lean... somewhere between 15-18% bf.
and imho if youtr going to juice why wait until youre lean? Jump on and reap the benefits while dieting. Its made a huge difference for me oersonally, with dieting, how I look, strength, muscle mass, recovery, evwrything.
IMHO, if youte going to use, there is no reason to put it off, unless one is scared of something or wants to waste time and effort doing it a harder way when they dont have to.

yes in listening to the vid, he claims every day. much makes no sence, winny oral and inj, eq and mast, no arimidex, cutting and bulking drugs mixed together (doable but overall doesn't seem thought out). to be fair he may have left things out or added things in as he said he was going from memory

the only books on bbuilding i ever read are :
-the black steroid handbook which is re released every couple years,and updated a little bit, the last one is in dire need of update imo, but i realize its written by a dealer,who even talks down on some ugls for no reason(ie he lies, so this makes the whole book seem fishy)
-some keto diet book in german released 15+ years ago, it was by a german who barely broke into single digits bodyfat ,but this was revolutionary for me back then.
-a blue cover book on hgh, brutaly outdated haha
-an anabolics book by the weird author name "L.heur", then it dawned on me who is the author, when you read the author name backwards :D
-a book on clen when it was the suposed new big thing, which it never became.

those were ok books to read for newcomer who wants inform themselves, but ive moved on since and read medical publications and books,there are some out there written by professors in dumbed down language so ppl like me can understand them too :D
Way back on mayhem, Wiggs' wife at the time translated some of the cycles he wrote out in that book. The doses were nothing crazy but they were long cycles, up to 6 months long.

i have a tiny small lump in my delt since 2009 from a propionate shot and it will never go away. If that oil solidifies around his arm nerve he will get the numbness forever.
He should take phosforus and magnesium for his brain cells. ::)
