hi lee
a question about when you trained with tom platz
did you follow his training methods
and do you now follow his or your own

Lee does alot of his leg training format from the time he spent with Tom, he uses high rep work(30 to 50 reps) like Tom used to and he even does this squat viriant in the smith machine that Tom used to do--- the first time i tried it i was walking like i had a stick stuck up my arse for a week later.

You can tell lee is dieting again , his answers get shorter and shorter and become more direct !!!

The problem with Lee dieting, is that he then no longer is a short fat jolly bloke.
