I realize a good diet will give you the energy to train, but at 40 years old , I'm brainwashed into thinking I need caffiene preworkout just to have enough energy to get a good workout. Anyone have any good idea's for foods to eat before working out. I'm just sick of taking the latest fat burner/preworkout stimulants. Thanks for your time.

Carbs....and you should add creatine at this time if you choose to use creatine.
