It's probably just more stiff and erect from increased blood flow.
I notice this sometimes as well, but i've never had any actual growth that i know of. A good Test/Eq cycle makes my dick stiff enough to bust through sheet rock.

more than likely. but I went from 200mg every 14 days to 150mg every 10 days and I have trouble maintaining an erection. fucked.

I don't think injecting anything into your dick is necessary.. Try correcting dosage or find out what's causing the problem first.. Even then oral cialis is much better option
