i would most likely never kick in a real fight because people would punch my balls or something but for fitness kicking rules. no wear and tear on your kness,
kicking works the muscles but wears you out. super set them with barbell rows. kick at different angles

isnt it weird how a "clan" or "society" of fitness enthusiasts like bodybuilders never do kicks
this puts in another feather in the falcon cap, im always trying to disuade people from being "normal" or if "they do it i should to"
it doesnt make any sense to omit kicks
just keep eating heme-iron its really good for you !!

what have you got to lose, probably not much. On leg day do a shitload of kicks, do lethal kicks but with accuracy
instead of punches do backwards elbows like your elbowing someone behined you. do 1000 of them. your back will be crazy sore
no one really gives a shit about you, just eat heme-iron only some assholes realize the benefit of it. i am the biggest dick , i eat so much fucking meat i was an idiot for being a vegetarian

Thats how it was when I was doing kickboxing/Pancrase....
The grappling sessions were fucking brutal... same deal, 3 min timer and 1 min rest, switch partners and do it again, for a total of 1 hour.. Most intense workout ever.
I learned to control my breathing/adrenaline REALLY fast.

I do it. Then again I practice Tae Kwon Do, so that may explain it. ;)

Why bother, while you can eat yeast and do drugs instead. Russian roulette would be good exercise for you, by using something like Colt 1911. Put one cartridge in magazine, insert magazine in the gun, and randomly yank the slide and try if it fires against your forehead ;D

best kicks to lean is Muay Thai shin kick IMO. Gotta basically condition your shit not to break but once that shit is healed and strong it crazy. I've seen dudes bust 2x4's and literally snap another dudes thigh bone and shin bone in half. Loud ass POP to.

This is true, kicking not only builds awesome legs but also abs, also increases flexibility. Plus if you master it kicks are devistating to an opponent. Every time I watch a van damme movie it makes me want to start training like that :D

This is true, kicking not only builds awesome legs but also abs, also increases flexibility. Plus if you master it kicks are devistating to an opponent. Every time I watch a van damme movie it makes me want to start training like that :D
