this is something I really do not understand about people, all this facebook thing.
Even here in Italy it's common to do a research (I made it several times) about a person you're considering giving a job in your company.
I bet in USA this will be even more accentuated, so why ruin your future by posting bullshit and duckface pictures?

My girlfriend did some research on this and her study came to the conclusion that almost every (I think it was 98%) single company from small to global player uses social networks to find out more about potential employees. The majority also stated that the information gathered from those sources will not play a major role in the decision except for cases where the information points to drug abuse... but idk.. I'm sure that all the shit you post on your FB can lead to problems in the future and I honestly doubt that someone like Tbomz will have an easy time finding a new job ever again after all the stuff he posted about himself... I mean who the hell would employ a drug-addicted homo-prostitute that wears a bunny suit with a hole in it for quick anus access? Only someone who runs a gay brothel probably...that really fucked up his future for good I think. People are biased and that's not a good or bad thing, it's just necessary in the world we live in right now, too many people around you all the time.. impossible to get to know each and every one of them so you need to be biased to quickly decide who is worth talking to .. even though sometimes you will make a wrong decision based on your prejudices but 90% of the time you're right.
The tbomz thing was the most brutal thing in terms of destroying your life on the internet I've ever witnessed.... sad because he does seem like an ok guy who is just fucked up in the head but probably nothing a therapy could not fix.
