The Zonda Revolucion is strictly limited to 5 models and with a carbon-titanium central monocoque the needle on the scale stops at 1070kg. The AMG Mercedes engine is an evolution of the Zonda R powerplant. The 6.0-liter V12 now develops an output of 800 hp and 730 Nm of torque, resulting in a power to weight ratio of 748 hp per tonne.
This footage of the Revolucion testing was provided to Shmee150 by Terence Olenroot & Leonardo Bonafini. The car costs €2.2m plus taxes and this one is finished in naked blue carbon fibre with black wheels. It is still covered in protective film before being delivered to the customer.

A shame about the new v6's.

Another "final" version of the Zonda.
Very cool car and Horacio Pagani has a unique approach to making cars.

Where is Parker?

i'd rather have a Murcilago SV with a Valvetronic exhaust.
preferably kandy orange and flat black :)

What is the point of that? seriously
if you have to ask you will never get it =)

That thing looks ok on the track but if you see it on the road it would look ridiculous, it's not beautiful in any way and it sounded fucking horrible in that clip. Far better looking and sounding hyper/super cars out there imo.

ironic that you call yourself "mensa" ;D and give me that answer

Well, it will look better after they take the protective covering off of it.

I'll have to keep an eye open for this film.

I like the brand Pagani, much more exclusive and sympathetic than Lamborghini or Ferrari.
Formula 1 is terminally boring! Mostly overpaid nagging kids behind the wheel too

overpaid nagging kids?
those "kids" are the most skilled drivers in the world driving the most expensive race cars in the world. it costs millions of dollars to fund a race team and the teams MAKE millions of dollars, without the driver, the teams don't win. no wins = no sponsors. the drivers BRING in sponsors because of #1 Skill and #2 their marketability... they deserve every fuckiing penny they get.
not to mention they risk their LIFE everytime they race or practice.
overpaid? get the fuck outta here with your uneducated bullshit.

more 'sympathetic' than lambo or Ferrari?
so you view lambo and Ferrari as elitist?
i'm not surprised, given you FAIL to grasp what F1 is all about (boring, as you put it)
stick to what you know... like GranTurismo and Forza video games, kid.

While I am a F1 fan, I'd say their driver's skill set is about equal with WRC drivers.

I stopped following F-1 closely after the late 90s but the F1 drivers of today do seem to act like kids compared to the F1 drivers of 20-30 years ago. At least some guys like Webber and Vettel for example seem to break from the mold.
As for overpaid, definitely not, when compared to some other "athletes" who somehow "deserve" all the money because they're in a popular sport.

Yes. Even though rallying is gradually diluted also (with S2000 cars and what not).
Here's Colin McRae going flat out as usual:

That was nuts! :o
When I grew up, rally wasn't shown anywhere on TV(stateside) besides on PBS at 1230am on Sunday mornings. Hell, I didn't know who Colin McRae was until he flipped his STI in an x-games event about 7 years ago.
But back on topic, from just watching that video above goes to show how talented those guys really are....190kph on tarmac, gravel, or dirt.
-
isnt F1 and racing watching people and wishing, hoping one of them die in a horrible accident?
Just like watching any kind of sport is hoping fro someone to loose, fail. Well i guess we re less barbaristic than in ancient rome with gladiators etc but still our inner animal nature is still showing.

older rally was by far the most spectacular racing all included
