I can no longer take it. Today their was a old guy in the locker room, butt ass naked, blow-drying his sack with his leg up on the stool out in the middle of the locker room. Why do old men insist on sitting or standing around the locker room naked? You never really seem to see these guys working out; they just seem to hang around the locker room naked. The following activities will no longer be tolerated:
1. No standing in front of the mirror shaving naked
2. NO BLOW DRYING YOU NUTS
3. NO SHAVING YOUR PUBES, I have never seen but heard of people doing this.
4. Do not attempt to have a conversation with me without either wrapping a towel around you waist or putting your underwear on.
5. NO weighing yourself on the scale in the middle of the locker room naked unless your a wrestler or someone in a weight class and are off by a couple of ounces or something, your underwear hardly weigh anything at all.
6. Do not spend a lavish amount of time drying yourself off. Get in, get your shit done and get out.
7. If at all possible, shower at home unless it is necessary to do so at the gym.

I crap at the gym all the time but I warn people first. I tell em they got 15 seconds to clear out or suffer the consequences. They use so many air freshener thingys there. Theres a fan above both stalls, a thing on the wall that sprays something set on a motion detector....then theres something else on a timer. These are partitioned from the sink area, and the whole bathroom part is partitioned from the locker area. The whole toilet/urinal rooms smells like potpourri and big red. Thankfully the showers and sauna are in the back part of the locker room. I miss the old gym before they moved. The sauna and steamroom was next to the pool and jacuzzi area right across from the freeweight area and it was co-ed. The locker rooms were downstairs so people had to be decent in the sauna.

I saw a guy in the lift on our way to the gym, check in, went into the locker room. Both of us change into workout attire, then he sprayed perfume on his entire body and went out to do his cardio and workout.
I finished my workout first by the time I finished my shower, he walked into the locker room, soaked with sweat.. He then changed into his normal attire and left the gym..

I used to work out at the worlds in Columbus but had to stop because of shit like that. Its a great gym except that it is 90% gay which to each there own but after 2 years there I could not take it when everytime I wanted to use a machine there would be 3 or 4 guys just standing there flaming oops I mean talking

I agree, but most of this problem can be greatly reduced by simply keeping ones pubes trimmed. Hair harbors bacteria. Same goes for the pits. I think I really need to hang this thread up in my gym. I workout at a gym that has a "corporate" type atmosphere with nothing but old men. I love walking into the locker room having some old flabby bastard with pimples all over his ass going to his locker ahead of me going up the stairs, Just put on a towel, is it that hard??? I am far from a homophobe, but I think the real deal here is that a lot of these older guys that do do this shit are fags. Most older guys I know that are "normal" do not go to the gym or whatever. They go sit and drink coffee and tell the old time war stories. If you ever notice, the "nudie" guys workouts are next to nil and they are all kinda skinny, but prolly from just eating very little. It also seems to happen a bit more at gyms that have more bodybuilders and serious lifters. The place I go now, rarely see it, family type gym. Even in the sauna, everybody is covered up and all that. In other words, there ain't that much "beef" to look at, and surprise, surprise...less frickin' homos like that around. I don't mind gay people at all, if they are up front and cool. The type we are talking about here just wants to be buddies and talk, while they are naked...ok...let's not do that...lol...it is a 100% real thing though. I am a bit surprised to hear people say that older women do it too. Because without fail, the guys I have seen doing that type of shit like to chat with me...hmmm......

Old people are lonely and want human contact, and to them going to the gym is the highlight of their day. They don't pay membership to workout, but for a social experience. It is hard for you to understand because you are young and have tons of things to do and the gym to you is just a place to workout, but if you are 80 or 90 the only thing you have to do outside the gym is staring at the wall of your room all day long and taking your medication. The children of most octogenarians and nonagenarians couldn't care less about them and barely visit them, and due to the limitation of old age it's not like they can go partying every night with other old farts. Let them be. You will be a decrepit loner some day too.

weirdest shit at my gym at ballys was this old asian dude, butt asshole naked proceeded to walk past the pool and into the CO-ED sauna and get his sweat on,,,, Everyone Ran out of there faster then a pornstar getting naked on a shoot, woman were screaming laughing their asses off.... and Also a worthy mention , the sauna/pool are visable by the entire gym as its in the middle of the gym and surrounded by glass .....

Hahahah this hits home for me! I work at a gym and this is all i see in the mornings when i check the bathrooms. It's to the point where i say something to them now. So many customers complain about old mens nudity in the gym locker rooms.

Wrong. The locker room scene is only interesting or a "jackpot" to the closeted bi-curious types. Openly gay men have lots of venues to connect (sex club, bath house, bars, online, any where really) and don’t have to settle for the titillation of a locker room. All that locker room drama does not happen at gay gyms because we can get the real thing and not be shy about it.

My biggest pet peeve. I remember once I was doin my thang at the urinal and I saw this old fuck boldly walking around the change room strutting his shit butt naked for no reason at all when all of the sudden I hear the sound of a slip then loud slapping skin on the floor, poor old guy landed hard on his ass. I couldn't feel sorry for the guy so I just burst out laughing while still pissing, served him right. He put his clothes on in shame then proceeded to fuck off shamefully towards the sauna lol :D

I can no longer take it. Today their was a old guy in the locker room, butt ass naked, blow-drying his sack with his leg up on the stool out in the middle of the locker room. Why do old men insist on sitting or standing around the locker room naked? You never really seem to see these guys working out; they just seem to hang around the locker room naked. The following activities will no longer be tolerated:
1. No standing in front of the mirror shaving naked
2. NO BLOW DRYING YOU NUTS
3. NO SHAVING YOUR PUBES, I have never seen but heard of people doing this.
4. Do not attempt to have a conversation with me without either wrapping a towel around you waist or putting your underwear on.
5. NO weighing yourself on the scale in the middle of the locker room naked unless your a wrestler or someone in a weight
class and are off by a couple of ounces or something, your underwear hardly weigh anything at all.
6. Do not spend a lavish amount of time drying yourself off. Get in, get your shit done and get out.
7. If at all possible, shower at home unless it is necessary to do so at the gym.

Same here. I usually keep a clean t-shirt in my car which I change into after training, just so I don't have to go into the locker room. Haven't been in my gym's locker room for a year. Too many twinks, morons, gays, gross old men, fatties and general pests congregating there.
