But when it comes to your body, things are not that simple.

well, but hes still right nonetheless, the firs tlink says "similiar" results,i think no need to go even further into this, one is about fatloss, the other is for the gullible, topic being weightloss, which arent the same things.
ofc one who dont train doesnt care what kind of weight he loses, but those who train,well,theres a reason why phil heaths diet is what it is, goes back 40 years now.
we see it every day in the gym, th guys who folow a bbuilding diet,and the guys who dont.they all train with similair frequency, they often both take enhancing drugs, they never look anything alike

well thats better, but can be misinterpreted imo.
example:
all protein from protein powder
all carbs from sugar
all fats fom cookies and icecream
ppl can say what the hell they want, but carbs and esp sugars have extremely different effects than a low carb diet, one example,and very important example being the insulin reaction and the bloodsugar reaction,with the followup reaction from the brain and the hunger hormones.
one just needs to look at a bloodsugar graphic which shows what kind of effect eating sugars has on the bloodsugar and insulin release.then they can compare that to complex carbs,whch are nothing else but chained simple sugars, and then compare that to low carb.
and can try to add or reduce protein and then see what happens to the graph, and check if they think fatloss for example being possible at what respective insulin levels.
or even more simple, go to a jacked guy, a bulker and a shredded one and ask them about their diets.

This article is excellent.
It's basic but well written IMO.
A calorie is a calorie way of thinking is fine if weight loss is your sole purpose, but for the bodies maximum functional performance, you need to look further in depth.

I'd like to see you go completely natural for 2014....post progress weeks weekly or bi-weekly.
and why would you like to see him go natural for a whole year, no self respecting man in his right mind is going to post 'progress' pics on a weekly or bi weekly basis when taking time off, that's a sure fire way to want to go back on again because he will only get a slagging. Granted after six months re adjustment of chemistry and consistent training and diet as shown in the pics the build can look great.

If any artist, actor, athlete, author got worse and worse in their specialty they would feel insecure about it and also receive criticism from fans and peers. Of course these people need to learn to detach from it all to find peace of mind but making a mockery of oneself for others enjoyment is undignified.
I know well I have the ability to train naturally and have a good easier to maintain physique without enhancement. However I wouldn't do that just to prove it to a natural nazi on getbig.
