(CNN) -- George Zimmerman's girlfriend is asking a judge to lift an order that blocks her from seeing him and says she doesn't want charges filed against him.
In a court document obtained by CNN Monday, Samantha Scheibe says she wants a no-contact provision against Zimmerman lifted so the couple can "talk and be together."
"I am not afraid of George in any manner and I want to be with him," she says.

I think he is an idiot, but why wasn't there a follow up from the zimm haters?

240 doesn't follow up on the obamatheclown job approval poll numbers and now this. Lately, he's been off his game.

In that case, prosecute her for making a false claim ;) Watch how fast this falls apart.
Victims of domestic abuse do this all of the time - they recant statements because they love the dude, they need a place to live, they want the rX meds she's been getting from him, or they're carrying his baby.
Is this the case? I dunno. Zimmerman has a long track record of violent acts. I don't know how many false assault charges she has on her record. Could be either of them lying, but after assault on LEO, earlier domestic charge, assault on old man charge, and now this... Well, the "Herman Cain" effect seems to be in place here. Yes, you can carefully manage each situation and come out on top, but yeah, he puts his hands on people. Just like Cain was able to keep quieting each accuser along the way, but at the end, with what, 10 or more accusers, people kinda realized what was going on.

Also note that I predicted he was going to 100% skate on these charges. He knows the system now. No doubt, his parents called her parents and said 1 of 2 things can happen... He can use his national platform to expose her as XYZ, counter-sue, and take away her kid... OR she can recant, George says sorry, they pay her rent for a year, blah blah blah.
Come on folks, dont' be naive. zimm is a smart dude. He knows the system and how to make a person recant assault charges. His dad was a judge. He know the loopholes for domestic charges. They both call 911, they both accuse the other, it goes away.
I doubt anyone here would bet their life savings on "I am 100% sure zimmerman didn't shove a cop, assault anyone any of these times". its just that he's shrewd enough to manage each crisis and win it. He's 30 and he's had what, 5 arrests for putting hands on people? LOL everyone knows what he is... he's a prick that puts his hands on people. But he's also a smart prick that knows the system. All of this is in my opinion of course... we're all just discussing & sharing our opinions. I could be wrong... but if a dude with 5 arrests for putting hands on people wanted to date one of our daughters, for example, we couldn't say "Hey, he beat all those charges, seems like great hubby material!" No, we'd escort him out the door lol...
