Im starting 500 mg of test per week for 1 year,,,, Any advice Been in the gym for years. Looking to push past my current plateau.

just keep doing what you're doing.. throw in some other stuff in little 6 week intervals maybe... npp and dbol or tren and anadrol or something.
I don't think I've been below 500mg/wk in 3years.

everybody is different
assuming all persons are 6ft tall, and 7% bodyfat and take in the same cal/protein...
person A needs 1g/wk to maintain 240lbs.
person B needs 500mg/wk to maintain 240lbs.
person C needs 2g/wk to maintain 240lbs
....
if you're adding 500mg/wk, you'll get to a point where your bodyweight will top out (without getting fat) at that dosage because that's all the muscle your body can support on that amount of androgens/hormones (without getting fat.. you can always increase bodyweight, but it won't always be lean).
it may take 3 months, or it may take 6 months.. everybody's different.

look at all the pros who retire/go-off... why would you think their body's would maintain 40lbs+ of musclemass OVER what their natural LBM would be otherwise?
you think a guy 60+lbs of LBM over his "natural bodyweight" who's using 5g/wk is gonna only lose 25% of his LBM when he goes down to "hrt" doses? (even of "HRT" for them means 500mg/wk) HELL NO!

Good advice from ESFitness.
Keep a base of 2-3 cc test weekly. Add and remove compounds.
I stayed on for 13 months straight (last year 9months)- added and removed compounds every 8 weeks (orals) or/and 12 weeks for injectables
i.e.
Test
Test + Tren E
Test + Winstrol
Test + Deca
Test + Var
Test + Var + Tren E
Throughout i had T3 and/or T4 in there + Clen every 4 weeks for 2 weeks and a time.
AI primarily Adex @ .50mg eod
Once or twice to stave off gyno with Letro for a few weeks at a time
Diet - carbo load on off 5/2 days.
Highest dosage (accumulative weekly) 1500mg for 6-8 weeks i.e. Test+ Deca
Lowest dosage weekly 450mg i.e. 1cc Sus 250 + 200mg Tren E

Perfect. Keep eating well & training hard. Forget that you're even juicing except for Mondays/Thursdays, which is when you will pin yourself....the results will come whether you worry about it or not. Just stay consistent with all aspects.
After 1 year of being "on", marvel at how thick your physique has become--seemingly without effort.
500mg is definitely enough to build a good physique, given enough time.

i'll catch a cold every now and then... maybe once per year, that lasts about 3 days.... but I haven't had the flu in a long, long time.
actually, the last time I though I had the flu, it was from mistakenly taking massive doses of T3 for months... seriously thought I was dying. lol.. thought I had cancer or liver failure or something.. like I had a 'flu' that lasted for a couple months towards the end.

its just a lifestyle, like my old training partner, always in shape, six pack, lean 215 5'10, benching 315 for 10 reps, runs 5 k every other day and mid 40's to boot.

this seems what i expected
very good level of development and strength, condition etc
but not massive freaky, because 500mg is still 500mg, 3 month or 20 years
right?

i think for yours goals 250mg would be better
since you want to get a shredded symmetrical body with some decent development
250 would be better because at this level no estrogen issues, no acne issues, no bloatedness issues.....
but still enough to get very good results compared to natural and it will also preserve and build muscle even when slimming down by reducing your carbs and calories and good hard training

no "need" tog o 500 strsight up.
going up is always nice until the sides kcik in, going down is never so nice.keep that in mind.

I never get sick and i've been on at least 200mg a week for over 3 years. It's usually when i am cruising that i get sick.

Some guys take hcg to keep TESTicles from shrinking. I'm not too familiar with this protocol though...

not HCG and I am going to preach this forever as often as possible because nobody really understands this concept like I do.
You run the risk of a permanent shut down when you run HCG while on, I will add to this later. As for other PCT compounds? well for the purpose of gyno or watar retention, sometimes you have no choice

lol... what is this "basic pct" if you're not gonna go off completely?
The point of pct is to help the body recover its natural test levels when they're rock bottom "post cycle".
