Being racist has always been bannable.  You just have to be good at it.  The legendary Sir Duchaine was ejected many times due to this.  I'm not sure if he still lives on Matt C's board - but that's where I believe he was at last check. 

He should come back - he is a top fellow and I think many of the newer breed of eloquent gentleman would enjoy his wit.  His novella, regaling Kevin Levrone himself (Holly Wood), here - of Kevin's role in a rather unfortunate case of a vomitus is one of the truly classic posts on getbig.
