that shit piles up in the drain pipes like concrete youll have to cut out some wall to get to that shit. im seeing this more and more. the sink wouldnt drain probably why the tenant moved out scared to complain after he may have tried draino or someshit.
i dont know how they get away with selling this crap that is meant to clog not clean drains, they need to stop selling this shit.obama needs to lay the smack down on these companies
i took out all this wall still it doesnt drain at all maybe 2 percent drainage

I suggest calling a Miller they know correct plumbing procedures some of those other dudes are "fly by night".

Draino and indeed all opening products are sodium hydroxide (lye) and sodium hypochlorite (bleacher). The lye reacts with the grease and turns it into soap which is water soluble. Draino has been marketed since just before WWI. Splurge and get an electric snake.

I had clogged drain. Poured draino into it. It now drains freely.
