How much protien is in Muscle Milk? and which one is better the already liquid drink or the powder?

32 grams of protein
I'm lazy and travel a lot for business
So I would say Rtd is better.

Cost wise :-\
probably the powder form

Yeah the 32g is just fine for me, the one thing that I hate about protein drinks is mixing them up myself, just a pain in the ass.  Thanks for the info.

What's "premade"?  Do you mean Ready To Drink(RTD)?  Did you look on that same site?  Go here

Thanks Robby!  I usually buy from DPSNutrition.com because I didn't know of any other place that had better deals.  But after looking at MassNutrition.com I see that they have some of the same products I buy just as cheap and some even cheaper.  I'm going to give MassNutrion a try.
