Time, surgery, wild dogs....

Wrapping areas with ace bandages or 4 inch wide latex binding rolls (dont ask me where to get these) are also good.  Doctors recommend this to people who have had lipo or gastric bypass.

surgery is the only option, have them do a consultation with a plastic surgeon....

Dr Navarro!  That's the one.  She has like 15 commercials per hour, but is supposed to specialize in bodybuilders' egotistical cosmetic needs.

its a trade off a surgeon can remove the excess skin but you will look like Frankestein with all the scars...

so keep your clothes on...

gh makes the skin more elastic and youthful.

also a high fat/high protein diet works wonders for hydrating and mosturising the skin.

together i feel this would work wonders.

also ice baths could be an option.

it might just seem like extra skin because ertain areas of his body don have the tightness and definition as others but in reality this might just be fat; tell him to keep dieting.. maybe try some yohimbine too...it could be that the fat in those area are strongly bound up by hormones.. the yohimbine might help that... other wise if he doesnt tighten up over time yeah i guess he needs surgery but i bet if he just keeps dietign he will realize it was just fat..
