i was wondering if u could tell which fruits are the lowest on the glycemic index?

iosnt suppost to be good for losing weight, i was told that you should eat foods that are low on the glycemic index

Calories in vs. calories out is far, far, far more important that GI ever could be.

Some say too much fruit isn't good for the natural sugar in it, but I'd say a variation of fruit is a good thing and outweights any bad.

Yup.  Shitloads of fructose isn't a good thing, but having a few pieces of fruit each day will be fine.

Not exactly an answer to the original question but I like a banana with my protein before I work out, just seems to help fuel the workout.

I agree 100%.  In my opinion the GI could be used as a tool when helping to select some of your carb choices.
