Not sure, Johnny. Why don't you try looking for the answer in a book?

Johnny,

My gut tells me that coronary artery disease (calcification) caused 20% of all deaths in the United States in 2004, with mortality being 451,326.

But just to be certain, this study backs it up:

Rosamond W, Flegal K, Furie K, et al. Heart disease and stroke statistics--2008 update: a report from the American Heart Association Statistics Committee and Stroke Statistics Subcommittee. Circulation. Jan 29 2008;117(4):e25-146.

hmmm VERY COOL

now what do they suppose the calcification comes from

gee let me think

when people/pigs who eat alot of meat/pig/cow/chicken get heart burn/acid reflux, they need a shitload of tums/calcium

when we eat meat, our body pulls calcium from bone marrow making bones weaker

ok thats understood

now why is the calcium hanging around in the heart

well the energy from meat eating over years and years is difficult to totally metabolise, its acts like a trans fat in a way, because all that heme iron requires alot of calories to burn it all away, and the more meat you eat the more calcium/tums/natural bone you  will need. your body can never get enough energy to metabolise all the impure meat you ate it lingers and builds up

and lack of fiber and water

some people are low activity types and dont get the reflux , they just eat there one steak and call it a day, they still get the coronary calcium build up
